2 avocados2-6 fresh jalapenos, seeded & chopped2 Tbs. MAMO’S Gold3-4 Tbs. cilantro, chopped1 medium tomato, choppedJuice from medium lemonDash of TabascoLightly mash avocados with MAMO’S still leaving avocadoskind of chunky. Mix in tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos, lemonjuice and a dash of Tabasco. ENJOY!!!!!!!

6 medium-hard boiled eggs 1 Tbs. MAMO’S Gold or Black 2 Tbs. parsley or microgreens, finely chopped pepper, salt and paprika to taste Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Spoon out yolk and mix with MAMO’S and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon back into egg whites and top with a sprinkle of paprika and parsley.
